Exploration of New Superconductors and Novel Superconductivity via High-throughput Combinatorial Thin Films

The high-throughput strategy has widely developed in bioinformatics and pharmaceutical industry. The combinatorial method is the most crucial experimental technique to put this strategy into practical application. The main idea is synthesizing samples with various physical or chemical parameters in one process and characterizing them simultaneously. In the present talk, I will introduce the development of the high-throughput thin film techniques in the past decades and the construction of our combinatorial Films Laser-MBE system as well as the recent work on the electric doped superconducting La2-xCexCuO4-δ films.
